This workshop is designed for people looking to explore the ups and downs of single life. It offers a safe and fun environment to explore relationship dynamics for those not permanently paired. Interactive activities with horses reveal known and unknown behavior and response patterns. Metaphors are evoked which facilitate a better understanding of self and others. Activities will challenge old thoughts and beliefs, address boundary setting and assertiveness issues, promote creative thinking and problem solving, and encourage self-empowerment and self-awareness while having fun with horses! Communication and cooperation styles will be examined and processing will focus on life and relationships as a single person.
